While many in the music community are waiting for Ani DiFranco’s new album, Binary, no one imagined it would feature a Justin Vernon in a very special cameo.
On the new song Zizzing, DiFranco and Vernon create the textured musical landscapes which are common in Bon Iver songs. However, DiFranco builds beyond this to create something that is uniquely her own. It’s a sound that fans of her 27 year career will find refreshing yet all together familiar.
