Not only is The Tallest Man On Earth releasing a new song every month from now until November, but he’s coming to Eau Claire’s newest venue for arts and music.
The Pablo Center at the Confluence will host Kristian Matsson, aka The Tallest Man On Earth, on Nov. 19, as part of its inaugural season. The concert will be a stop as part of The Tallest Man on Earth’s five-part series, “When the Bird Sees the Solid Ground.”
“An Ocean” was the first song released by Matsson, followed by “Somewhere in the Mountains, Somewhere in New York.” Songs will continue to be released each month.Each song includes a new, original studio recording accompanied by a video directed by Matsson.
The project is a series that progresses through winter, spring and summer of 2018 in both the U.S. and Sweden, with Matsson splitting his time behind the microphone and the camera. “When the Bird Sees Solid Ground” marks Matsson’s fifth studio project. His latest release was his 2015 album, “Dark Bird Is Home.”
