Maxwell moved to Eau Claire at the tail end of the pandemic, and has already made their mark here as a musician and performer. As the lead songwriter and vocalist for the band Harbor Place, he toured the West Coast with Warped Tour in his early 20’s. Dude has been around these tunes and knows his stuff.
