Dust off your dirndls and lederhosen and take part in the 16th Annual Chippewa Falls Oktoberfest, September 14-16th. Each year, over 14,000 attendees make their way to the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds to enjoy a weekend of live music, family-friendly entertainment and an array of authentic German cuisine.
Don’t miss the announcement of this year’s Oktoberfest Festmeister and Festmeisterin at the Leinenkugel Brewery at noon on Friday. Following, festival attendees can join the parade to the fairgrounds for the taping of the Golden Keg.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to compete in the Beer Stein Holding Competition or the Sauerkraut Eating Contest and watch the live Glockenspiel. With a variety of live entertainment from polka to rock and roll, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. This family-friendly event also features face painting, kite making, art activities, bounce houses, demonstrations and more.
New this year; Keg Rolling Competition, Home Brew Demo with Leinenkugel’s Brew Master, John Hensley, Medallion Hunt and much more!
