Support Local Artists
In April of 2019 the team at Converge Radio partnered with NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest and recorded more than 20 local bands doing live “mini concerts.” This was no easy task, but we did it as a service to the music community because videos are an invaluable asset for musicians looking to market themselves worldwide.
Our first video series was possible thanks to the extreme generosity and teamwork with local audio engineers who graciously donated thousands of dollars of production time to the project. We also realized that our process would go much smoother with some video equipment, monitor speakers, and microphones.
That’s where you come in, Converge fans. With your support, we can make our video series sustainable for years to come. We are seeking your support to fund professional training for our audio team, video gear which will help us deliver a more professional product, and microphones specifically designed for projects like this. We’re really excited about the possibilities that you can help make a reality.
