In the inaugural episode of Sounds of Eau Claire, we sat down with local legend, Howard “Guitar” Luedtke. Luedtke is a blues musician from Chippewa Falls and has participated in the local blues scene for decades. In this episode, he reflects on the changes he’s seen in the Eau Claire music scene over his career.
